When we go through challenges and setbacks it’s hard to see the bigger picture. That little voice on your shoulder telling you those horrible things can pull you further from your goals.

What I want you to do is write that mindchatter down – spend a few minutes doing this.  Don’t throw it away but take a deep breath then find one that stands out and put it as an affirmation.

An example may be; “I’m not good enough to perform”
The affirmation would be; ” I am a great musician and I will get that audition.”

Repeat the affirmation til you believe it. It will make a difference.
