The Sea of Change

I love this quote ⛵❤

If we all find a purpose in our life and act on it, we should all be able to live at sea and receive the fruit that harvests.

Finding your purpose can be difficult and sometimes we need help. I have been through a period of self discovery whilst writing my novel and building my business. But in all I’m feeling better.

If you want to find yourself, you may need help from others. Someone you trust and someone who believes in you.

❤ I believe in you and I can help you reach your full potential and you can see the power of the changes happening.

Message me for further information or a chat. ❤

Hard work pays off

Do you agree?

I have always had a good work ethic thanks to my parents and even though I have experienced work and health challenges. I have always found I’ve got on with something; volunteering or furthering my education.

Since being my own boss I realised how much work I have put in; i deal with clients, prepare material, comment on posts and network.. oh and now a series of novels 😃
I can tell you this isn’t for the fainthearted but good things follow you, within three weeks my career trajectory has changed and I feel amazing.

Guess what? You can feel this good too, coaching with he will enable you to find yourself and become the symphony that you are inside.

Remember I am taking bookings for one to one and my Resilience group. Drop me a message to book a complimentary session.

Love to you all

Tackling Fear

The Fear

So, about ten years ago (maybe more) I took the plunge and tried something new. Sailing.
This was completely alien to me and a step out of my comfort zone, I was offered a programme through the Prince’s Trust and loved it – even ended me with a short term job.

But the best thing that I was offered was a chance to be a skippers mate – this lasted 8 months and I sailed from Canvey Island to Truro. I then returned home and began to look into taking my exams but there was a limit due to my health, so I gave up thinking that’s the end.

But I was wrong – when I lost my sight I was depressed a d stuck. Nothing seemed possible until I read about Blind Sailing. It took me two years to buck the courage and i did it.

I sailed with a local organisation for over seven days and regained my love for sailing. I then went two years after with another charity and I’ve got the buzz.

So, my fear of my own fragility stopped my growth but when I took that first step into the deck. I was like yes, this is my purpose.

I’m now looking at going again this year, looking at my bucket list event of a transatlantic crossing and making sailing a goal for not just me but my business.

Any of you that are fearful of change, drop me a message and I can help you overcome challenges by changing your view on it.

How do you learn?

Brain work

So I’m a sucker for self-development and now I have commenced my Neuro-Linguistic Programming training it is pushing my own mental processes in a good way.

So, what is your preference in learning? Are you a visual learner, auditory learner, kinaesthetic or a auditory-digital learner?

Message me to find out and I can help you reach parts of your unconscious that can help you in day to day.
