The Big Picture
So, imagine this.
You are sitting comfortably on a sofa, a blanket wrapped around you. You take a few deep breaths and relax.
You are safe and comfortable. You hear your pet (or partner breathing) and this relaxes you.
You then can smell the burning of a fire that makes you feel safe and warm. You then take a few deep breaths again.
Resting quietly, I want you yo reach into your unconscious and write down what you r inner talk is saying. Take a few minutes there and slowly wake from this.
You can achieve anything. Your unconscious knows what is good for you. Set your intentions on reaching high and you can achieve this.
